Hello, I’m Vien

I am dedicated to fostering positive change at both personal and societal levels. As the Founder and Coach at RiseWithVien, I am called to empower women in self-leadership and resilience, focusing on Women at crossroads, change- makers, entrepreneurs, mothers   facing challenges. 

In 2008, I founded Towards Transparency (TT), the first Vietnamese non-profit anti-corruption agency. Over TT’s 13 years, I've been fortunate to lead a dedicated team to champion transparency and collaborate globally to address corruption issues facing Vietnam.

My life and career are a tale of many cities and cultures. Having lived in Vietnam, Russia, Australia, Lithuania, and now France has profoundly enriched my approach to women’s empowerment.
